::Quality hotel with wonderful staff, great service and facilities. The pool area is huge but somewhat uninviting but the indoor pools are a gem. The only thing I didn’t like was their policy to not refill reusable water bottles. The staff apologetically said that they can only give me water in a glass. My only practical choice was thus to buy water in plastic bottles which is really what I was trying to avoid. I believe the hotel should change this policy at least for the sake of the environmental consciousness trend that is happening right now if not for the actually desire to cut down on the plastic consumption. Other than that everything was top!

::Nice location but hotel a bit old and service not 4 stars at all (2 stars max). Room was not done when we came and the second morning neither, toilets dirty, towels are not changed everyday: you need to pay 0,50€ to get a new towel...Service needs to be reviewed as hotel could be good with this location.

::This has been an excellent experience. The hotel delivered 100% customer care. The rooms are good size, cleaning and hygiene is amazing. Food is great. Quick response to my request. Pool clean. It is a great place for family to come. I stayed with my family for 7 days. The only advise I will give is for Mary the receptionist to smile a bit More, not to be too quick to dismiss people and to be more welcoming.

::In a word: Excellent! Very relaxing treatment and massage at the spa today - a perfect start to holiday week here! Food great too so far (on all inclusive).

::Excellent hotel, I honestly don’t have any complaints. Hotel/room was very clean. Food was good, fair selection of cocktails. Great views, and amazing staff, a whole bunch of activities within the hotel. Truly awesome
