Very bad customer service overall and the guy who helped me gave me wrong information which led to a delay to deliver my parcel, I tried to raise a complaint and the customer service hanged up on me while I am talking!!! I never experienced a poor customer service like this in my life !! This is absolutely unprofessional.... I will never use their service again..

Very polite and helpful personnel, but it clearly needs much more people on the desk. Long waiting

Please think be for using The post office here in Malta I’m still waiting for a Parcel I sent over 3 weeks ago, We don’t Live in the middle ages any more.so why dose it take so long? The worst service I’ve ever received . If I would’ve posted my item from Thailand I would’ve received it by now .

I have always found that the staff at St Pawl's Bay branch are extremely competent and friendly when dealing with the clients. Lately, I have been using there SendOn service and it wroks well, much better then expected. Communication is excellent. When your parcel arrives at the hub, whether that be from Germany, France, Hong Kong, Italy, Sicily, United Kingdom or U.S.A. You will get a notification and the Maltese tracking number via email and can also register or sign in online to see details etc. Once the parcel arrives and ready to be delivered you get a notification that the parcel will delivered the next day and also quotes the amount you need to pay. This payment can be in the form of cash or paying online (well in advance like evening beforehand). The only problem I do have, is with certain Postman that don't wring the bell and just sticks in the letter saying he tried to deliver. While I am at home. Seen this happening to neighbours as well.
