::Stay away or you will have regrets. Worst company after sales service out there. Waited months for a new aircon motherboard. Never arrived. Artec never called us back. We had numerous phone calls to solve this problem. We even emailed the CEO. No reply. We gave up and bought a new aircon instead. Hugely disappointed. Also can't recommend Mitsui as the motherboard was completely rusted after only a few years.

::Worst company ever, if you are thinking about air-conditions or any other thing DO NOT even think about contacting them even if they offer it to you for free. They are bad news, the funny thing is that they offer after sales, however they do not even know what it means.

::Whilst there are some helpful people within the company, their after sales and customer care is hopeless to say the least. Why buy something from a company that will take ages to acknowledge let alone fix any issue you might have. Stay away from them if you can.

::No after sale service at all. Would not recommend to anyone, buying whatever it is from them. Super bad attitude...probably never heard of customer care...
