  We bought many things from World Marketing at good value for money. The products are truly best garanteed. We never felt sorry. Very helpful and understanding staff. You can buy with confidence,and the shop is highly recommended.

  Very bad sales and customer service. While they are trying to sell or deliver a product to you they are extremely pushy and even rude agents. Agent is very persuasive to make you purchase additional items in the promise of a free gift. Once inquire about free gift they never get back to you and laugh down the phone at you if you try to enquire. Very unprofessional company. Even trying to sell outdated products full price. Definitely do not recommend. Their automated response does not mean anything. After almost 4 months non-communication and ignorance we simply do not believe that they will follow up on any enquiry. Just a waste of time!

  Monday, a world marketing representative phoned and gave us a short notice that the next day they will be coming to change filter. The next day we waited and stayed inside and nobody turned up. So on Wed morning i phoned to check what happened. They asked if i found a paper in letterbox, checked and nobody came to our home. The lady who answered promised she would phone back within minutes to let me know what happened. Till today 34 hrs after that phone call nobody phoned! So i kept waiting for nothing on Tuesday and nobody returned the call! Very disappointing!

  Scammed my family with an extremely expensive reverse osmosis system, telling them it was the latest model when it wasn't. They also say they are official resellers of Nimbus but I contacted the American company which produced the RO systems and they told me that they were not aware of any official reseller in Malta. Not recommended.
