::Doctors are great and highly professional, but! Fact that you have appointment doesn't mean you won't wait for another half an hour, and when you ask them why on reception they shrug their shoulders (very professional). My doctor wrote β¬50 and I was charged β¬58 with no explanation. It doesn't matter if you are going to spend 300β¬ in the clinic, they still charge you 2 euros for parking!

::Had an appointment with an eye specialist for the 29th March, when I got there I was told that no eye specialist is attending on that day and they asked me if I didn`t make the appointment with perhaps an other clinic as it cannot be that I have an appointment, didn`t even find my name. I obviously took time off from work to be bale to go there and my eye was needed to be seen. It turned out that the appointment was booked for the 5th April so first obviously I was told that it`s my fault and I misunderstood which I was sure wasn`t the case. After a few phone calls it was eventually confirmed that my appointment was set by them on the wrong day 29th March when no eye specialist was attending. Very disappointed, terrible unprofessional service, would expect more. No compensation whatsoever was offered for the inconvenience. Definitely would not recommend. Update: An apology phone call was received for the inconvenience few days after the review was left.

::I got there for my appointment, they told me i didn't have one, but i should wait for the doctor. There were 5 more patients waiting for him because he was 1 hour and a half late. Very disappointed, considering I stayed 1 hour and a half in traffic, and I really had to see a doctor. No customer service at all, when i asked for information about other services in the clinic I was told to just sit there and wait for the doctor.

As a post breast cancer person, I appreciate the time and care he took in talking to me about my issues. I have been fortunate to have had excellent doctors in the US and Italy and now I can add Dr. Vassallo to that list! Excellent and well done!
