::If you need a proof of a free return, even if it´s suppose to be FREE OF CHARGES, they are going to make you pay them a minimum of 2 euros for the ticket where is JUST written that you send something. The conditions written behind are hilarious, as you can´t reclaim or do anything worthy with that paper in the future.
