  Opening hours are a joke, delivery persons often claim that I was not at home when delivery when that was not the case

  I hate criticising but it is a disgrace!! - awful opening hours - you have to take time off work to pick up a 2x2cm parcel. They never find you at home even when you are!!! How about opening at least once a week 5-7pm? The desk service is excellent and the office very nice but that's where it stops guys :(
