::Possibly the best computer shop ever! Let's be clear. I used to be an IT professional. I bought a product at another store in Malta that did not work despite my installing and removing various drivers and running various diagnostics over a period of 4 or 5 hours. As a last resort, and to preserve my sanity, I went to see Justin who spent a significant amount of time with me showing some other possibilities. In the end, he gave me another device to try and it worked - proving that the product I bought elsewhere was either counterfeit or faulty. Hats off to Justin for engaging with the problem and being so creative in the solution. Highly recommended!
