  Justin is a really honest guy who places customer service as his No.1 concern. Having traveled extensively, can confidently recommend Reboot as 'the' place in Gozo!

  Reboot always goes above and beyond the call of duty, Justin's diligence has prolonged the lives of all three of my machines, Mac, PC or Android, it seems that whatever I throw at him, he calmly assesses and sorts out. He does so with a depth of knowledge rarely seen in the industry, always with an eye on efficiency, economy and the customers best interests. Customer service traits others could learn from. Well done Justin and thank you.

  Great service and diligent. Kept my laptop for two weeks till the problem was solved, and lent me a laptop, what other shop would do that? Friendly service from all the staff.

  Possibly the best computer shop ever! Let's be clear. I used to be an IT professional. I bought a product at another store in Malta that did not work despite my installing and removing various drivers and running various diagnostics over a period of 4 or 5 hours. As a last resort, and to preserve my sanity, I went to see Justin who spent a significant amount of time with me showing some other possibilities. In the end, he gave me another device to try and it worked - proving that the product I bought elsewhere was either counterfeit or faulty. Hats off to Justin for engaging with the problem and being so creative in the solution. Highly recommended!
