::Samochód wypozyczylismy na dwa dni. Rezerwacja przez portal. Wszystko było w porządku. Przed tym jak oddaliśmy samochód został on umyty i zatankowany do pełna na stacji która znajduje się 50 m od wypożyczalni. Uśmiechnięty Pan przyjął nasz zwrot, nasz samochód - mieliśmy go oddać do 9:30, czekaliśmy już od 8:30, żeby się czasem nie spoznic. Pan przyjął z powrotem samochód, powiedział że dziękuję i że wszystko jest ok. Na naszą prośbę o wystawienie dokumentu, że samochód został zwrócony Pan powiedział, że nie może takiego dokumenty wystawić, ale żeby się nie martwić bo w całości oddadzą nam jak najszybciej kaucję. Teraz, po ponad tygodniu od oddania samochodu, pobrano nam z depozytu bez jakiejkolwiek informacji ok 60e. Niewiadomo za co. My piszemy reklamację i zgłosimy temat do ECC. Wszystkim oszukanym polecam zrobić to samo.

::I booked a car for 75€ on the Budget car company from Gozo airport(Avis Malta & Gozo) through the Booking Economy website with a full cover insurance. I discovered after my travel that 114€ extra have been debited from my Mastercard without any notice. After many emails to the company I have been informed that they covered me another insurance that I never requested. Now they refuse to give me the cash back cause this is apparently indicated on the document I signed at the car reception. This is a total scam and I will keep complaining until I have my money back !
