  Our first trip to Malta and what an introduction. The driver told us all about the country, places to visit, things to avoid, Maltese culture and then on dropping us off at the hotel refused a trip. Polite, friendly and the same level of service when we left to return home. Outstanding service.

  First class please can you thank the driver who took us to the airport on his first day with you, we left our passports in the taxi and he brought them to the airport for us. Thank you so much.

  We had the same driver arriving and returning by coincidence and he was so polite and friendly. Unfortunately I can’t remember him name, we also had a mishap with our return ticket saying that it was modified for a later time but I think it was changed because the flight was later and I ordered the return quite early as I didn’t anticipate the short journey to the airport but also I always get to the airport at least 2/3 hours before. So the owner I’m assuming got us the earlier driver which meant to didn’t have to sit around for an additional 2 hours which was great and we were lucky enough as I said previously to have the same guy. All in all, great experience with them.

  The driver was waiting on arrival at Malta Airport, very friendly and helpful by suggesting good tips for our holiday which set our holiday off to a good start. The customer service was excellent and the office kept me informed on when my return car would be coming. My son left his phone in the cab and we was able to get in touch with the driver and get it brought back to us straight away!

  Pre booked and paid for taxi failed to arrive at 3.45 am and we were very close to missing our flight home. God knows what we would have done because we have 2 young children and the problems it would have caused don’t bear thinking about. Enter James, our taxi knight in shining Peugeot! Telephoned James at 4:15 am in a panic. This Courteous and understanding Maltese gentleman was good value for money considering we were in desperate need. He didn’t try to take advantage and charged the normal rate. Arrived to pick up very quickly and got us to the airport on time for our flight. Thank you Sir. 100% would use you next year, pick up and drop off. Rating: Five stars *****
