::Stay away if you care your money. They will try to make you pay their expensive insurance, additional products that are unspecified and from having a competitive price you will have to pay more 75€/day for their smallest car.

::Beware, total rip-off!! I ordered a fully insured car for 56 Euros. Returned the car properly. So far a no-brainer. 15 days after the return of the rental, when I was back home, they charged additional (!!) 85 Euros for Airport tax, night tax, Upgrade tax I never ordered (I had a Ford Fiesta, what upgrade was this from, Vespa scooter to car or what?). The worst thing was, they charged it not only 15 days later, but on the credit card I gave them solely for safety deposit. I was not informed about all these things when I picked the car up. Go to a proper rental agency, these guys are cheaters.

::No problems at all and the car was nice. It had some scratches but they were all correctly marked. I didn’t take insurance. I will use again.

::Look on bill. Charge fuel before you back car. With or without chack is it tank full. Money is back but is not nice.

::Steer clear..Rip-off.Zero customer service...(No option to give zero) Business survives on CUSTOM...Not the other way around.Staff are not doing a favour by serving people. Beware when picking up the car.Guys in the stand at the airport will try and con(All pre-meditated con)..No use in getting a CDW beforehand .All they will say at the desk is you have not taken cover from us(even though rental is via Budget UK website and rental comes with CDW cover) so they will block some funds on the card.Make sure you note every single mark on the car.I have rented around the world but was bit naive not to check wing mirror(There was a scratch/scrape which was not very visible on a rainy day).On return a young 20ish man who claims to be the manager of stand with VERY BAD ATTITUDE and went straight to the mirror not even bothering to check the rest of the car as if he knows exact place to check.Did not even bother checking body,interiors or fuel.His whole car check started and ended with the wing mirror.Coughed up and went to the counter and explain everything.Lady at the counter assured as it would be sorted(refunded) and did not even hand us the claim form. Next saga....is actually getting someone to respond to complaint emails.Originally sent on 28th mid day(28/12) and did not have any replies until today(10/01) after so many 7 follow-up emails.Even after 10 days of waiting nothing done standard cut copy paste mails.No passion for customer service (Whole attitude is we got our MONEY...end of). DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR...STEER CLEAR OF BUDGET/AVIS
