  Amazingly bad service. You will not have even close to what you will book and will be confirmed by the office. Trying to complain or sort something out is pointless. A wall of incompetence and unwillingness to help. Do not book there, it will ruin your day.

  Total scam. Despite having a reservation and a valid contract, they say they have to charge you an additional €13.300 on your credit card or take additional insurances. We cancelled on the spot. Hertz, why do you allow these cowboys to ruin your name?

  DO NOT!!! and I repeat DO NOT do business with them. One word: SCAMMERS!! Poor, slow service. They do not accept third party insurance. They make you buy their insurance and hold from 1000 to 7000 Euros on your credit card. Then, when you leave the country they charge your credit card from 50-70 Euros and no explanation is given, at the same time cutting all the routes to dispute that charge. I am not sure how the main Hertz Corporation doesn't close them because they ruin HERTZ reputation. First impression about a country and people are made there, at the front line like HERTZ Airport. Unfortunately they don't understand that. People are spending money in their country, so they can live better. LAST time I used HERTZ car rental in Malta!!!

  Slowest Hertz Station ever. 15 min for one customer. Waited more than an hour to get served. No gold service. You know how many customers you have in advance. Why don’t you have more than one service agent?

  Correct service, but be careful about the hidden costs and conditions or Hertz... or you may ruin your holidays. You have to be able to pay a crazy deposit (+- 1000 €), if not you have to pay to reduce the deposit... almost like a scam...
