::Working nearby, I often come to have lunch at Dr Juice. Normally the service is accetable, however one incident with your staff made me not want to come back there. While my lunch was being warmed, I sat down to do some work from my phone. After around 10 minutes I get up and ask for my food as it normally doesn't take that long and at the time it wasn't very busy. Obviously after 10 minutes in the toaster it was burned, and the response I got from the blonde lady in her 40s was "if you sit down we forget". Making it sound like it was my mistake that they forgot about my food. Unacceptable behavior from your staff.
