  When my wife went in to be served she was first wrongly directed at the counter by the young man serving. And then he proceeded to serve other customers that had jumped the queue. My wife made a mention of this to which some Maltese language was used derogatory to my wife. When the young lady serving with him told him specifically two coffees he then only served one and went on to argue with my wife. The food served was bland and the croissant doughy. Definitely a rubbish and substandard serving considering what Hard Rock is supposed to represent. Surely I would ask the management to look into ways and means of better improvements in customer advice, service and consideration. We won’t be using this cafe again! 👎👎👎

  Lovely cafe at Malta airport just before you go through passport control for the gates. This cafe is always busy. It was hard to get a seat. The serve a great selection of teas, coffee's, alcoholic beverages and snacks. You order at the bar and take your stuff to the table. The decor is fantastic and they have music videos playing on a TV.

  An epic place to eat, that I have heard so much about, but that I had never been to. Unfortunately when I arrived the kitchens weren’t open yet and there were no sandwiches with vegan or vegetarian alternatives available, so I ate elsewhere. I had a look around the Hatd Rock Shop and found a nice gift for my daughter. Staff are friendly and efficient. NewLifeKarma.

  A little disappointed that the kitchen did not open until 11am, which was too late for our flight. Coffee and pre-made sandwiches, pies and cookies were available. Everyone in the group was happy with the food they got. (except for one complaint about a strange taste off the lettuce on a chiabatta. But that may have been a once off)

  "A GREAT ESCAPE " a great little bar, to relax with a drink or food while people watching and waiting for your gate to finally open. Not bad prices (for an airport) compared to some of the others. Plenty of phone and laptop charging sockets and facilities. A wide variety of food and drink to choose from.
