::Today at lunch time the place seemed to be understaffed. The person behind the cash taking our order had to put 2 plates with foods down to take our orders. Outside tables and the floor around them were dirty. I had to actually clear plates and filled ashtry from one table to another. My not heated enough order came quite swiftly and would have been placed on the not even wiped over table, had I not requested it to be done. My friend's ketchup looking bland tomatoe sauced ravioli were still hard from the inside. No attempt was made to have this rectified due to the long wait we had had to receive this half reheated ungarnished 'food'. Staff courtesy and customer service also need much to b desired! A shocking excuse of a restaurant. Talbot + Bons you REALLY need to get your act together!!

::Had tapas and some wine yesterday. Fantastic choice of starters and drinks. Very polite staff and a nice atmosphere. Mladen, the waiter, was very professional and knowledgeable of the menu. Definitely going back there.
