::The staff will only punch your parking ticket (for free parking) if your order is €10 or more. To get around it I suggest you buy your drink from Sandellas (it's right next door) - they will usually punch your ticket for that. It saves you the €2 parking charge and it's practically the same price as the drink from KFC. As for the KFC itself... The counter is usually under-staffed so you should expect a 10-15 minute wait at peak times. The food quality is variable. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's stale. We ordered delivery to our office (in Luqa, near the airport) last Monday and it was terrible. The chips were so cold and rubbery I actually had to microwave them for a minute to make them edible. The chicken in the fillet/tower burgers is usually quite small so you end up eating more bites of bread than of chicken. Also, every time I ordered a bucket they gave me missing pieces, and didn't answer the phone when I called to complain. KFC is brilliant every time I visit London, but in Malta I've had enough bad experiences to put me off their food for good.

::Two young girls working were just chatting with each other at the back with the female manager. 5 customers were waiting to order with no one serving at the counter! The chicken was also very cold and stale. We could see the warmer for the chicken not being closed. This is a danger zone for food, which should not be less than 60degrees! The manager should know this. My popcorn chicken was quite undercooked. Clearly, the oil was not heated properly before cooking it. The kitchen was also a mess. You could see rubbish everywhere on the floor. The equipments (especially the chicken tray) were rusty and broken, which should have been thrown away. I am quite curious as to how this KFC manage to do in their food safety audits.
