::Got a big Mac and the first bite I took found a long piece of hair!! Took it to show them and all they did was given me another with out an apology or any compensation (hot apple pie at least). It took them about 15min in that time my chips were cold,but I just took the big Mac and went to eat cos by this time I was bloody hungry.

::Never but NEVER go there. I never see so much dirt in just 1 place. Everything was so miserable, the floor, the tables, the bathrooms. So never go there, NEVER. You have other choices nearby like burger king and many other things. I'm not sure if get an infection or not. 1 star is too much
