  Wish I had read the reviews before booking. It’s true they sting you with outrageous fees once the guy meets you on arrival. We were meant to pay €25 on arrival, ended up paying €155!! Extra fees we were charged: €18.70 airport pickup fees €18.70 out of office hours drop off fee (their hours are 10:00-16:30) €30 for half a tank of fuel (would of cost €15 max if at a fuel station) €45 for insurance (or you get €1000 held on your card) All of this plus tax! Would avoid at all costs

  Excellent service from pick-up until drop-off !!! Staff very friendly, well trained and very helpful. Joseph is the good man we dealt with at Airport location. Rented a 7-seater vehicle (Peugeot Partner) which was big enough for what we needed to drive around Malta and Gozo. Car in good condition, clean - boot to boot. Absolutely no issues. Thx!

  Excellent experience, speedy service even on a Sunday! Almost new car, courteous staff. Only a minor hiccup while dropping off but received instant response from the customer support. Highly recommend. 👍

  We rented a small car for a few days at the end of December 2017. We got a 7000 km clean Hyundai i10 and i can say there were no extra charges since we brought the car in the same shape. Everything you need to know is written in the contract and the agent who greeted us was informative.
