::Everything was easy and smooth. I reserved a car last minute the night before I wanted to pick it up. The reservation process was really quick and easy. The car drove well and came with free GPS which was very helpful. We dropped the car off an hour later then the designated time and didn't have any issues or problems. The staff was really nice, helpful and friendly. I would definitely book from them again.

::Despite some mixed reviews online, our expectations were met. We were dealt with in a friendly and efficient way. "Great service, very kind, friendly and fast! Their cars are brand new and fully loaded so you know you're safe, they have great offers on additional services which were offered to me. ::Overall a great experience when we rented in May 2019. It was very easy to reach Warrl if any questions came up as he kindly shared his phone number. Pick-up and drop off was also a smooth experience. He met us at the airport and we were able to return the car keys in the airport drop box. Make sure you know which number it is! I would recommend this company and I would use their services again. Just a note that the most comprehensive insurance cover available was an excess of €300. Meaning, if anything happened, we'd be responsible for the first €300. There was no coverage available with €0 excess. I'd advise that you fill up the gas tank yourself upon return, and save yourself a bit of money, as the company will try to get you to pay €48 for a half tank of gas when you first get the car (if you do it yourself, it costs around €20). Make sure that this is updated and written into the contract. General piece of advice to anyone renting a car, any company will try to squeeze a bit of cash from you, so its important to stay alert and read everything carefully and ask as many questions as you need to feel comfortable and get everything in writing.
