  Stay away if you care your money. They will try to make you pay their expensive insurance, additional products that are unspecified and from having a competitive price you will have to pay more 75€/day for their smallest car.

  Ripoff customers - double check every detail of your car otherwise they’ll say you made all additional scratches. I was given a fake customer service email and later I found out from their website but their customer service never replied. I escalated this to their executive office in Europe but nothing is transparent. There’s a reason for their low cost and they’ll check if you have insurance - so poor insurance company that got scammed by this car rental place. No Avis or budget in the future and I think the tourism authority needs to send mystery shoppers to sort this out in their European culture capital year.

  We rented a car in march 2018 1. The service at the desk was not very friendly 2. We did not have 1000 euro on a creditcard, because of this we had to pay 25 euro's a day extra to ensure the car all-risk, which more than doubled our costs 3. We wanted to ask how to return the car before openingtime but none of the numbers we dialed picked up. After 15 tries we finally had someone whom picked up te phone. 4. The car itself was good though.

  I booked a car in Janurary for 28 days at a very reasonable off season price. Car was small, clean, full tank, easy to collect and drop off. No damage reported during hire, friendly staff easy to find. Completely recommended.

  We booked a car through a company who used avis to hire cars in Malta. When we got to the airport， we had an hour wait in line at the avis stand. The man was rude and added on arbitrary charges we had never heard of. We were given a car for 4 people when we specifically booked a 5 seater. The car we got barely ran. The headlights were not working and it struggled up hill. I would never never book a car with avis again. The most terrible car hire experience i have ever had.
